Q: 3: How do I create a single internet and phone account?

Can I use just the one account for everything, and can I activate my telephone account online? Yes you can just use the one account for everything!

Telephone Customers can activate their account online by going to the website and clicking on the Single Account tab at the top of the page.  This will give you a form to enter in a few of your details in order to activate your account for you online.  It will also state the many advantages of using your account online.  Please note that you can still telephone your bets into us when you do not have access to your PC.

Online Customers can now use their Internet account over the telephone.  This will be handy for you when you do not have access to your PC or are away from your desk! Simply call Dial-a-Bet on:

Quote your username and answer your security question and they will take the bet for you.  You can then check your details online at any stage after the call.
