In order to help you bet sensibly we have put in place a number of measures to assist you to gamble sensibly:

Setting your deposit limits:
Betting can be an exciting leisure activity and we encourage our customers to have fun, but not to bet beyond their means. Therefore we offer customers the option to set a preferred maximum deposit limit and frequency. If you wish to set a maximum deposit level and frequency go to the “Responsible Betting” section of “My Account”, and here you will be able to set daily or weekly deposit limits. A decrease in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take effect immediately, but an increase in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take 24 hours to take effect if you currently have a daily limit applied and 7 days to take effect if you currently have a weekly limit.

Self Exclusion:
When a customer requests that their account be closed due to the fact that they believe they are gambling excessively or request permenant closure, Paddy Power will close the account and will do all that it can to prevent new accounts being opened by that customer in the future.

Account History:
Customers are able to view their “Account History” in the “My Account” section of the site, where they will get a full overview of all bets they have placed and the amount staked on each bet.
Paddy Power also works in conjunction with Gamcare, the UK's National centre for information, advice and practical help regarding the social impact of gambling. Paddy Power has been awarded the GamCare Certification to acknowledge their achievement in implementing the GamCare Code of Practice for Remote Gambling.
